Tim found quick success with PMI‘s real estate education program.
It was barely a month after I joined the success academy that I completed my first deal. Twenty-nine days to be exact. I learned from the real estate coaches to market myself as much as possible, and to think outside the box. This really helped me a lot. They really pushed me to find cash buyers. So I joined a real estate investment club and met a few great investors there. One of them put me on her buyers list and sent me a list of houses she had available. I was considering getting a hard money loan to fix and flip. So I called her up to go look at one of the properties. I was there for about 30 minutes taking pictures and making notes. As I was locking up the doors to this duplex a couple pulled in the driveway and said they are interested in the property. They were just two people who fix and flip houses themselves. They noticed the magnetic sign on my car door that was advertising that I sell houses. That is why they stopped. So I showed them around and when we were done they asked how soon we could close. I went back home, called the investor who had the duplex under contract. We all met up about 2 hours later to fill out the paperwork and get their deposit. They were cash buyers. This was on a Wednesday, we closed Friday and I picked up my check for a finder’s fee of $2,000. Not bad for about an hour of work. I was amazed at how fast it went down and how fast I started making money. PMI’s program is well worth it. Thank you so much PMI.
