“By using the PMI Real Estate Coaching Program, I have been able to put in to action what I have learned and make money doing it. I am currently working on short sales and I find them really rewarding. Yes it is a lot of work negotiating with lien holders, but the reward comes when you save a homeowner from foreclosure. I plan on continuing and doing more and more deals. I am so thankful I had this opportunity, now I just want to continue to learn as much as I can.”

“I started the PMI program in October 2010 because I wanted a website in E-Commerce I could work from home.

I was assigned a coach to coach me during the learning process. She helped me to select a product niche that would be in demand and coached me in learning the techniques for a successful website.

The PMI staff was always a great help in answering my questions when I called and offered advise I was looking for. Also I have used the online Chat in the educational center for questions I had about building my website.

We know that knowledge is the key to success and PMI’s Educational Center offers great educational tools and videos for learning to build a successful website. The staff and learning tools offered at PMI are very professional and I recommend their program for anyone wanting to build a successful website.

I had a pleasant experience working with the PMI programmer and team to build a great looking website. As of this writing I have published my website and continue using the learning tools in the Educational Center for promoting my website.

Second, PMI has enabled me to get one step closer to my financial freedom. PMI has given me the drive to succeed. PMI educational tutorials are easy to follow and getting easier to understand

Third, So far I have made one sale for $83. Working as a sales representative for another company selling thousands of dollars a day in merchandise, does not compare to the way I feel with this one sale for my company. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to succeed.”
