Michael and Tina finally started their dream career as real estate investors with PMI’s help.
“First of all, I would like to introduce my husband, Michael, and I. We have seven children, ages 21 down to 10. They are awesome, and part of our inspiration to better our lives through real estate. We have both always been fascinated with land and homes. We would naturally drive around different cities we would visit just looking at real estate. We did this for years, sort of dreaming but not knowing what to do about it. We have even purchased a couple different programs by real estate gurus, and tried several techniques given, tried pretty hard actually, and not had success simply because the techniques were no longer valid and we could not brainstorm another angle. This is where PMI’s program has been different. For one thing, the materials have much more doable techniques for use today, and when something becomes obsolete, the PMI team brainstorms new techniques that do work now. The energy and motivation is so inspiring for us.
One night we were up late watching TV, when PMI’s infomercial came on. We felt compelled to buy the book, and ordered it the next day. When it came, I devoured it, and signed up for the academy right away. It has been what has catapulted us into actually taking action steps and doing what we only dreamed about doing before. We have finally done it for real!
We could never have made it happen without PMI’s material and support from the coaches and the web site family. I am very pleased with the turn our life has taken, and I have incredible confidence now. I have so much more knowledge than I started with, and always have a place to turn to if I hit a roadblock, or don’t know what step is next. The coaches are great because they are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and encouraging.”
